Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the WEARS mobile app and website (wearsplus.com), operated by WEARS (“WEARS”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using WEARS, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use WEARS.

1. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. WEARS is not directed at children under 13.

2. Marketplace & orders

  • WEARS is a marketplace: some products are sold directly by WEARS and others by independent vendors/boutiques. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings (description, price, stock, images) and for fulfilling orders placed with them.
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is confirmed once accepted. Orders are currently paid on delivery (cash on delivery). Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • You may cancel an order while it's still “placed” or “confirmed”, before it ships, from the Orders screen.

3. Reviews

  • You may rate and review a product only after an order containing it has been marked delivered to you. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience — fake, misleading, or abusive reviews may be removed and repeat abuse may lead to account suspension.

4. Vendor accounts

  • If you register as a vendor, new listings and edits to live listings are reviewed before they appear to shoppers. You're responsible for having the right to sell the products you list and for the accuracy of your listings.

5. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to: use WEARS for any unlawful purpose; upload content you don't have the right to post; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to WEARS or other users' accounts; or submit fake orders, reviews, or listings.

6. Notifications

  • If you enable push notifications, we may send you order-status updates and other relevant messages. You can turn notifications off at any time from your device or account settings.

7. Intellectual property

  • The WEARS name, logo, and app/website design belong to WEARS. Product images and descriptions belong to WEARS or the respective vendor. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

  • WEARS is provided “as is”. We work to keep listings, prices, and stock accurate, but we don't guarantee they're always error-free. To the extent permitted by law, WEARS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or a vendor's products.

9. Suspension & termination

  • We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or abuses the platform (including its reviews).

10. Changes to these Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time; we'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of WEARS after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
